The AIRPM qualification is a recognised industry standard for Property Managers and involves a one-and-a-half hour-long written exam which covers everything from health & safety, legislation, customer care and all aspects of property management. IRPM is the professional body for property management professionals and has recently merged with ARMA to form The Property Institute, which provides professional qualifications and accreditations.
