Health and Safety Inspections


Block Management UK Ltd ensure that government health and safety legislation is always met when managing the client’s properties, protecting the building, residents, contractors, visiting members of the public and the client both physically and legally.


This means that we will note basic health and safety requirements when our property managers inspect the properties, but will also, as required by law, ensure that yearly health and safety inspections are carried out by the relevant trained and competent contractors ensuring that any required health and safety remedial works are carried out.


Block Management UK Ltd.’s bespoke property management software ensures that records of all health and safety reports are kept and all relevant issues that may be applicable are completed within the statutory timelines.
