David Collinson AIRPM CIHM
In 2003, David created the concept of a modern, technology-driven property management system with a traditional, on-site service.
He launched Block Management UK Ltd in 2004 from a small office on Great Cumberland Place in central London and his concept allowed the company to break into – and become successful in - a tough niche market. With David’s strong passion for growth, has developed the branding and company into what we are all a part of today.

Remaining a private company has allowed us to invest in longer-term improvements in our service which benefits current and future clients."
Paul joined the company in 2008 and steadily progressed, working his way up to becoming our Finance Director.
Paul's role encompasses the many varying areas of accounts and service charge accounts.
He also oversees the day-to-day running of the client accounts department with a focus on providing financial advice to many of our regular clients, ensuring robust credit control and correct funding for the sites we manage.
Simon Matthews MIRPM AssocRICS
Having started in the industry in 2004 Simon has extensive business experience in property management, facilities management, insurance and account management. He combines a strong focus on the logistics of property management and delivering results.
Simon has an exemplary track record in achieving results in all areas from project management to customer satisfaction, and has implemented a new approach with many new practices and procedures, which complement those already tried and tested throughout his career.
Craig Phillips BSc(Hons)
Craig BSC Hons Studied Computer Aided Product Design at Wolverhampton University Craig joined the company in 2008. His primary areas of expertise encompass web development, graphic design, database engineering, cloud-based IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT training. His responsibilities span various crucial functions, such as effectively utilising data to assist both our property, and accounting teams. Additionally, Craig oversees the maintenance and optimisation of all internal management systems, including company reporting, and voice and video communication systems.
Before joining Block Management UK Ltd, Craig gained valuable experience working with companies engaged in corporate relocation and global executive protection. He also contributed his skills in design-oriented consulting for BT, Serco International, a renowned public services company.
Nigel joined Block Management UK in 2013 to oversee the creation of Block Management UK's in-house credit control department. The role has now developed to include multiple facets including but not limited to staff management, assisting with onboarding new clients, and continued development into improving credit control.
Before joining Block Management UK, Nigel worked for a well-known contact centre services provider, managing thousands of customer interactions a week. Holding qualifications in BT's Meridian and Symposium systems, he has extensive experience in customer relations, call centre management and training development for large scale multi-channel contact centres. This experience has made the accounts team a customer-facing part of the company.
Compliance and Planning Manager
Tom joined the company in 2018, and steadily progressed his way from an Assistant Property Manager to becoming our Compliance and Planning Manager.
Tom's role includes assisting with, managing and enhancing the services we already provide, some of which include the planning of cyclical lease required works, insurance renewals, insurance valuations, the ever-growing legislative safety works/requirements and increase in major works demand.
