An example of this is, recently, after a roof leak was reported at one of his London developments, our Senior Property Manager – Josh Edgar MIRPM, wanted to investigate fully to try and ascertain whether the leak was being caused by an issue with the build, and therefore try to limit the financial outlay for leaseholders as much as possible.
So, he worked closely with contractors to obtain a detailed report, which subsequently highlighted building deficiencies and was able to successfully open a new-build warranty claim, which meant leaseholders were not impacted by the financial burden of rectifying the issue.
