Our team recently was invited to join a focus group session with Pipedrive, our chosen CRM provider.

We use this software to help our business manage our sales pipelines efficiently. It provides tools for tracking leads, managing contacts, and automating sales tasks, all aimed at improving our sales performance and helping our sales team to close deals effectively.

The primary objective was to provide feedback to enhance the user experience for first-time Pipedrive users, specifically focusing on the setup process.

One of the areas of discussion was the two-way syncing functionality for email, contacts, and calendar integration.

We shared our current experiences with the Pipedrive team and highlighted areas where improvements might be made to streamline the syncing process.
