This can be evidenced in a number of our staff who have been promoted through the company into senior positions. A great example of this is senior property manager Joshua Edgar , who started with BMUK 12 years ago as an 18-year-old. Starting as a business development assistant, Joshua has since completed his Associate Institute of Property Management qualification and is now a fully-fledged member of the IRPM. He is a dedicated and hard-working property manager who now shares his experience with younger members of the team. Another example is Tom Mortimer, who is now our Compliance and Planning Manager. Tom started at the company in 2018 aged 20, rising through the ranks from client support team to Assistant Property Manager before taking on his new role as part of our senior leadership team. Joshua and Tom are just two examples from many across the company that show the huge benefits investing in young people can bring to a business.
