Handover news: Block Management UK Ltd steps in for Aylesbury property after their managing agent abruptly resigns

The Directors of period property Bramley House in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, contacted us with a 'time crunch’ as they described it. Their current managing agent had resigned and they needed a replacement. Legislative and maintenance issues cannot be allowed to go un-managed when this happens so an RMC does need to act fast in this situation. 

However, we had to find the underlying cause of why the agent had resigned. We spoke to the London-based agents directly and they explained that they had implemented a business plan which meant they were stepping away from sites they could not easily get to.

With this clarification we were happy to begin managing Bramley House as soon as possible.
