Selhurst is the location for this Victorian conversion. We know the area well, as we manage properties in another part of Selhurst as well as nearby Anerley, Crystal Palace and Croydon. The leaseholders were not happy with the managing agent they had and approached their institutional freeholder, asking to replace them. We talked with the freeholder and created a tender proposal that detailed our services and fees. The freeholder decided that they would be happy to work with us and gave their blessing. Within a matter of days we had a contract arranged and handover had begun. (24 June 2021 )
