What does ‘Trusted. Dynamic. Unique.’ mean?



Block Management UK has used the strapline 'Trusted. Dynamic. Unique.’ since 2014.


The idea came about when we were redesigning our website and thought more about our company name. 'Block management’ is of course our name but also what we do. To help differentiate ourselves we wanted to convey more about specific approach to property management.

As a company we came together to discuss our options. Through this process, we decided on 'trusted’, 'dynamic’ and 'unique’ as three words whose meanings were clear and relevant. They also reflected what we do and what we strive for as a service. We also felt that they were three elements that are sometimes lacking in our industry.

Trusted

Being a trusted managing agent means maintaining long-term client relationships. We’ve always focussed on managing the relationship from start to finish; making sure our pre-contract relationship is based on transparency as is our working relationship once a contract is signed.
The word also reminds us that we are entrusted with a great deal of responsibility by our clients: their properties, their homes.

Dynamic

As a privately-owned organisation, compared to the big national managing agents our managing team and staff can come together relatively easily to discuss making changes to the way we do things. This may be trialling new software, developing new processes or taking on board feedback from customers. The ability to improve services quickly gives us an advantage over other agents.

Unique

We’re not going to be able to offer a genuine alternative service if we don’t do things differently. So, we try to work in a unique way. Some of the ways we’ve established our uniqueness is in establishing our own key performance indicators on answering calls, our two-tier property department, our in-house accounting services and our tendering process. We’re trying to add additional value to the experience of entrusting your property with us.

We have used the 'Trusted. Dynamic. Unique’ message for a number of years and still use it as a guideline when reviewing the performance of Block Management UK. These qualities have driven our growth and continue to underline our business decisions in improving and expanding services in 2020.
