At Block Management UK Ltd we take this one stage further by having policies in place for dealing swiftly and professionally with client communications. Phone calls are answered 24/7 (out-of-office hours we’ll deal with all emergency calls only) and our property teams have daily and weekly target goals for responding to phone calls, emails and other correspondence.


Our Property Inspection Reports supply clear and detailed reporting on issues concerning your property regarding the current status of works from redecoration, general repair requirements and grounds maintenance to full refurbishments.
