Block Management UK Ltd believe that quality control is paramount, therefore all staff are fully trained and are either qualified or working towards a qualification in property management or service charge accounts, many of the property management department staff are (The Property Institute) TPI qualified or working towards the accreditation.
Block Management UK Ltd takes a practical approach to monitoring smaller maintenance projects, such as gardening and routine communal works. Where appropriate, contractors may be asked to provide photographs of completed works, enabling our property management team to confirm that the instructed works have been attended to.
Where a surveyor or specialist inspection has not been considered necessary, our property management team may also attend to check that the instructed works appear to have been completed. These checks are intended to monitor completion of the works and do not constitute a survey, professional inspection, certification or guarantee of the quality, workmanship or suitability of the contractor's work.
Where an issue with completion is identified or reported, Block Management UK Ltd will liaise with the contractor and, where appropriate, arrange for them to re-attend and address the matter.
