The poor reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt, people find it very easy to blame management companies for things they are unhappy with but these are often issues with third party companies and out of their control. Dealing with BMUK has always been a pleasure, they are transparent with fees (most are not) and keep on top of all the maintenance issues in their blocks.
