New Management Instruction: Coombelands Gardens

The taking on of this property marks our first management contract between Block Management UK Ltd and Martin Grant Homes. We are very happy to be working with a housebuilder with such a great reputation and high level of quality in their developments.

This estate has a very green setting, located near to a number of local parks and the Surrey Hills.  

Customer satisfaction is of great importance to Martin Grant Homes and the homes on this new estate are still within a 10 year National House Builders Council (NHBC) warranty cover period. So we have our work cut out for us maintaining a similarly high level of customer satisfaction across the communal areas and facilities of the estate.

Some elements of this site that we have had to work closely with Martin Grant Homes on have included a foul water pumping station, an off-site private road scheme and the retention of the services of a local landscaping firm.
