Important regional area gets its own property manager

Block Management UK Ltd are delighted to welcome property manager Jon Park to the firm. Jon is our first property manager to be based in Yorkshire.  

With 10 years of commercial management experience and five years of residential, Jon is a very experienced and mature presence across this large region which includes Yorkshire and surrounding counties.

Jon enjoys direct contact with customers and resolving issues. He is approachable, listens to customers and responds to requests/issues quickly and efficiently.

His proactive approach is needed because the region contains a significant proportion of Block Management UK's property portfolio. Our sites are located mostly across Leeds, Bradford and Sheffield, however there are also important properties in Scarborough, Thirsk, Selby and Wakefield.

The properties range from Victorian residential and industrial conversions to the modern, ethically green Waterton Green estate just outside Wakefield.

In order to support Jon in covering this large portfolio, we have remote office/meting space in Leeds which can double as flexible workspace. The office allows customers to meet with their managing agent in an environment that is professional, private and convenient.

All property managers are supported by an assistant and customers can also seek an array of information about their accounts via our online customer portal.
