The two managers are based in central England and have managed property portfolios across the region. Both have been trained in property management in ARMA-regulated managing agents. Kubra Shah is based in Bedfordshire and is an Associate member of the Institute of Residential Property Management AIRPM). She began her property management career at FirstPort. She went on to work at managing agents Chamonix Estates and then Gem Estates, focusing on the Bedford and Northampton region. Our second new PM, who starts with us in September, is Stacey Slattery. Stacey is an experienced property manager and has worked for two London-based managing agents; Gordon and Co in Tower Bridge and HML Group in Richmond. She is skilled in communication, working with leaseholders and freeholders, customer service and budgeting. Stacey begins her new role with BMUK in September. Both newcomers will be working remotely and we predict they will have an enormous impact on the management of our property portfolio as real assets to our property management team. (14 July 2021 )
